Brian Boyd Joins Savills Studley in Atlanta

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, today announced the arrival of commercial real estate veteran Brian Boyd. He joins the firm’s global Consulting Services group as Director and will be based in the Savills Studley Atlanta office.

As the group’s lead in the Atlanta region, Boyd will focus his efforts on enhancing the firm’s consultative capabilities in the region and developing innovative, strategic solutions that align clients’ real estate portfolios with business and financial goals. Leveraging his background in commercial real estate ?nance, Boyd will continue to help occupiers gain measureable results as they navigate evolving market conditions and complex lease structures. His specialized services include financial structuring, lease negotiation, transaction management and strategic planning.

Boyd joins Savills Studley from Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta, where he also focused on tenant representation. With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, he has managed more than 5 million square feet of transactions. Notably, Boyd represented WorldPay in its 130,000-square-foot global headquarters relocation to Atlanta. He also provided transaction management and strategic consulting services for a portfolio of more than 400 locations across the country for one of the top wealth management firms. Prior to joining C&W, as an asset manager, Boyd worked with some of the leading investment banks as well as other private equity firms and REIT’s.
